This item has been graded per TCA standards C-7: Excellent. The Cow catcher is missing and headlamp needs a new bulb. The tender is missing two journal boxes. The locomotive and tender show heavy spider cracking in the paint.

There is visible rust on the couplers and underframes of the tender. There is oil residue on the underframe of the locomotive.

There is wheel wear on both tender and locomotive due to previous use. The instruction manual is not included. The original box is not included.
