Vintage Ajax Curved Running Board Luggage / Trunk Big Car Pre War Packard

Pair of Vintage Ajax Curved Running Board Luggage / Trunks. These are vintage aftermarket trunks used on some of the big touring cars from the teens and 1920's. They are a RH and LH matching pair in good+ to very good survivor condition. The main flaw is the fabric / material that lines the inside needs to be replaced. The leather strap handles are missing from one trunk and a few of the latches need some minor adjustment and a bit of tlc.

The wood on the bottom has slight waves but this is minor and still sturdy throughout. The width at the widest point (upper half) is 36" and the bottom measures 27" before it begins to curve upward. The depth is 14 measuring across the bottom and the same at the top. The height is 24 from the bottom to the top. The two of these trunks share the same key and they are a RH & LH matching pair so we are not willing to separate them at this time.
