Vintage Pre-War Hardy Perfect 3 1/4 Wide Drum MkII Fly Reel 1930s Wide Spool

Very rare and highly sought after Pre-War 1930s Hardy 3 1/4 Wide Drum Perfect MkII Fly Reel made in Alnwick, England. Adjustable drag with Duplicated MkII check and spares. Full length ribbed brass foot. Leaded finish is evenly worn throughout and very pleasing to the eye. Reel functions perfectly with no spool wobble.

Tiny crack at edge of frame is stable and does not affect functionality at all. As the smallest of Hardy's Salmon reels, these small diameter, wide spool reels are highly collectible and very hard to find. Quite possibly the perfect Light Atlantic Salmon or Steelhead reel ever made.
